Interior
This spacious villa offers 7 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 guests, making it perfect for a family or group getaway. The property is designed with sustainability in mind, built with traditional materials in an authentic Twente-Saxon style, and is set on a large, green plot, ensuring peace, privacy, and a relaxing atmosphere. Guests have access to parking for two cars, and all accommodations on the property are smoke-free.
Ground floor:
- Entrance with a separate toilet.
- The spacious living room includes a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, a gas fireplace, and underfloor heating, with large doors leading to the garden.
- The garden is expansive, featuring a large terrace with garden furniture and a parasol.
- The luxurious open kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner stove (including a wok burner), dishwasher, microwave, and fridge with a separate freezer compartment.

- Overnight visitors must be registered at the reception and the required taxes and linen fees must be paid.
- If you bring a dog, it cannot be left alone in the rented property due to possible damage to the furniture.
- Dogs must not be left alone in a crate due to the potential for noise.
