Interior
The holiday house consists of two identical, separate apartments, each offering 75 sqm of living space. Each apartment features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with a shower, and a private terrace with a grill.
The apartment is fully furnished and includes air conditioning for a comfortable stay. The entrance is located on the ground floor, leading directly into the living room, which includes a sofa bed for an additional guest, a dining area with seating for six, a TV, and access to a 15 sqm covered terrace with garden furniture.
Each of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed.
The kitchen area is equipped with a gas stove with two burners, an electric cooker with two cooking plates, an extractor hood, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The bathroom includes a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet.

The town is conveniently accessible, just a 10-minute drive from Novalja and about an hour from Zadar.
Zrće Beach, located 4 kilometers from Mandre, is a must-visit destination known for its unique atmosphere and lively energy. As one of the most beautiful beaches in the region, it features a shingle coastline that accommodates thousands of visitors during peak season. The crystal-clear waters have a steep descent, making them deep near the shore.
