Terms:

• Prices are in Euros, per accommodation, per stay.
• A deposit is required upon arrival, to be paid on-site.
• Credit cards are not accepted.

Check-in & Check-out:

• Check-in is on Saturday or Wednesday between 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM. Depending on opening hours, early check-in may be available on Saturday afternoons. Keys are provided from 5:00 PM. For late arrivals, please inform reception to receive the necessary instructions.
• Check-out is by 10:30 AM.

Included in Our Prices:

• Access to the swimming pool
• One parking space per apartment
• Air-conditioning
• Wifi at reception
• End-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen and washing up)

End-of-stay cleaning is included in our rates. However, all accommodation must be left tidy and clean. If additional cleaning is needed beyond what is specified in our booking conditions, the cost will be deducted from the deposit.

Not included, optional, payable on-site:

• Laundry facilities: prices available on-site
• Baby equipment (cot, mattress, high chair, bath - pre-booking required): price per week
• Bed linen (pre-booking required): price per single bed, price per double bed
• Bathroom linen (pre-booking required): price per person
• TV rental (European channels only): price per week, price per 2 weeks

Please Note:

• Pets are not allowed.
• Credit cards are accepted for payments above a certain amount.

Formalities:

• ID card or passport is required for all guests, including babies (driver's license not valid).
• Please take care of your personal belongings and/or use the safe at reception (if applicable). Our residence is not responsible for damage or theft of personal items.
