This holiday park is located near Lake Hourtin Carcans, 400 meters from the harbor and shops. It consists of 79 apartments with balcony or terrace, which are divided into small groups. The building has a reception, a heated outdoor swimming pool (semi-covered) with jacuzzi and children's pool (open from mid-April to the end of September), a playground for children, petanque, a volleyball court, a gym, a paying hammam and a free outdoor car park. For an additional fee you can book a baby package and / or final cleaning (without kitchen corner and washing up), use the laundry facilities and / or have access to the wireless internet at the reception and in the apartments.

Additional services (baby package and laundry) are payable locally. TV is included in the rental price only in summer. The deposit of 300 € must be paid (by check, credit card or cash) on arrival and will be refunded after inventory on the day of departure or by mail during the following week. The accommodation must be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a legal amount of the down payment is saved. The tourist tax must also be paid locally. Pets are allowed for a surcharge of 65 € / pet / stay.
Only 1 dog is accepted at this accommodation, with no exceptions.
Guests can enjoy a heated semi-indoor pool with a hot tub and children's pool, a steam bath (charges apply) and a steam bath.
