This holiday residence is nestled in a beautiful wooded park at L'Íle aux Loisirs. It offers services with good quality. Close by is a beach 400 meters away, harbor and shops five minutes away and an international golf course. All apartments are air-conditioned and have a balcony, terrace or patio. At the facilities of the residence you will find an outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool, free internet access at the reception and in the apartments and free television in all apartments. The apartments with two rooms for four people and the apartments with three rooms for six people are air-conditioned and offer a fully equipped kitchen corner with fridge, ceramic stove, microwave and dishwasher plus a bathroom with shower or bath and toilet.

Guests can use the outdoor swimming pool, open until the end of September, bar, laundry for a fee and private parking. Bed linen is included in the price. For an additional fee you can rent a baby package with bed, bath and high chair, towel set or final cleaning. Upon arrival, the city tax and security deposit must be paid on site. The deposit will be returned to you on the day of departure after inventory, or by post. The accommodation must be left perfectly clean, if this is not the case, you will only receive a part of the deposit. Pets are allowed for an additional fee provided they have a valid vaccination certificate and tattoo. Dogs must always be kept on a leash at the residence.
