Conditions of the landlord:
Large 'L'-shaped swimming-pool (240m²), in the residence, open from mid-June to the end of September, free WiFi at reception, children's playground and tennis court.
Outdoor car park within the complex.
- Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

- Free cot on request (to be requested at the time of booking)
- Pets not admitted
- Valid identity card or passport (even for babies), to be presented at port or airport
