Conditions of the landlord:
Pricing: Prices are listed in Euros, per accommodation, and for the entire stay.
Deposit: A deposit is required upon arrival and must be paid on-site. The amount varies per apartment. The deposit will be refunded after an inventory check on the day of departure. If you leave outside of office hours, it will be returned by post.
Tourist Tax: A tourist tax is payable upon arrival. The amount varies per night, per adult (applicable to all guests aged 18 and over).
Eco Tax: An eco-tax is also required upon arrival, calculated per day, per person (applicable to all guests aged 18 and over).
Check-in & Check-out:
- Saturday Arrivals: Depending on reception hours, check-in may occur in the afternoon, with keys available at 5 pm. For late arrivals, please contact the residence to receive instructions.
- Saturday Departures: Check-out is by 10 am, following an inventory check.
