The apartment was built in 2000 and renovated in 2020. The Al Andalus holiday residence features a communal pool and a tennis court located approximately 200 meters away. Parking is available in front of the houses. The residence comprises two rows of houses and bungalows. From the spacious 50-square-meter rooftop terrace, guests can enjoy stunning sea views.

Interior

This well-furnished 3-room apartment spans 62 m² and offers comfortable living. It features one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds.

The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, built-in cupboards, an extractor hood, a fridge/freezer, and a washing machine. The living and dining area includes a wardrobe with a TV and satellite connection (receiver), a couch that serves as additional sleeping space, and a table. The dining area has an extendable table with chairs. For year-round comfort, the apartment is equipped with wind exhausters, a mobile gas heater, and air conditioning (available at an extra cost).

The bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower option, a sink with a mirror and shelves, a bidet, and a toilet.

The balcony is furnished with a table, chairs, a parasol, and a sunblind. Exterior stairs lead to a spacious 50 m² rooftop terrace, which offers patio furniture, sun loungers, chairs, a corner seat, a parasol, and trees, all with a beautiful sea view. Bed linens and towels are provided.

  • The maximum stay allowed is 10 days.

  • The rental contract covers the accommodation and its furnishings. The tenant is responsible for handling the furnishings with care. Any loss or damage must be replaced by the tenant, and the key handler should be informed promptly of any such issues.

  • Before departure, the tenant must leave the accommodation in broom-clean condition, empty the fridge, and switch off electricity, water, and gas.

  • This is a fixed-term contract intended solely for holiday purposes.

  • The tenant may not extend their stay without the owner’s consent.

  • The tenant does not assume responsibility for the owner’s property during the rental period, and the owner cannot be held liable for cases of force majeure or actions by third parties.

  • By signing this agreement, the tenant, along with all travelers, acknowledges that staying in the pool area is at their own risk, with parents bearing responsibility for their children's safety. The owner assumes no liability in this regard.

  • Bringing a pet requires prior approval from the owner.

  • A copy of your identification card must be provided to the owner before arrival.

  • Please note that young groups and parties are not permitted.
