Location
This accommodation is part of a building with three apartments (one of them long-term rental). All apartments have a pleasant and homely atmosphere. Each apartment is situated on a separate floor and has an area of 80 m2. This four-room apartment is located on the top floor (loft) and is ideal for 6, maximum 8, persons. Pernink is a small town just 9 km from the German border, in the beautiful Erzgebirge (Ore Mountains). Here you can enjoy the tranquility of the village and its densely wooded surroundings. In less than half an hour you can reach surrounding cities and towns where you can shop, go sightseeing or enjoy a variety of sporting activities. There are shops, restaurants, hairdressers, a post office and a pharmacy located next to the apartment. Cars can be parked on private property. Transportation to and from the airport can be arranged, such as to the airport of Karlovy Vary. If you are holidaying with a large group, you can rent two apartments with a total capacity of 16 persons.
Interior
The living room is furnished with a couch (which can be converted to a bed for two persons), an LCD satellite TV, DVD player and radio with CD player. The kitchenette contains a dining area and is equipped with a 4-burner stove with oven, microwave, kettle and large fridge. There are three bedrooms: one furnished with a double bed, the other two each furnished with a pull-out bed that can sleep two. The bathroom has a corner bath, sink and drying facilities. The toilet is separate. The house is centrally heated.
Surroundings
Pernink is surrounded by forests so hikers and cyclists have seemingly endless possibilities! 20 km away lies the beautiful Karlovy Vary, a well-known spa town where you will not have time to become bored. It has beautiful buildings, promenades, swimming pools and shops. You will feel as if you have stepped back into the 19th century. In the immediate vicinity of Karlovy Vary you can take splendid walks in a variety of parks. For golfers, this area is also a paradise. The golf course of Karlovy Vary is just 26 km from the accommodation. Another 7 courses are between 33 and 70 km away. Marianske Lazne is another beautiful spa town which should not be missed. Or what about a day in Prague? You can reach the city center within 2 hours. Here you can enjoy the splendor of the most beautiful city in Central Europe. If you do not want to cook for a day, you can enjoy one of the restaurants where meals and drinks are still quite inexpensive.
