Interior

This single storey apartment has 3 rooms and an area of 43 m2 and is suitable for 6 persons. The living area has a sofa bed for 2 persons; one of the bedrooms has two single beds and the other has a double bed. The bathroom has a shower and separate toilet.
The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker and 4 electric hot plates. There is a TV with French and some foreign channels as well. Pillows and blankets are available in the apartment. Bed linen should be brought or rented on-site.
All apartments have air-conditioning and lots of privacy thanks to the fenced private terraces. There is garden furniture on your terrace.

There is a limited number of units that are wheelchair accessible and/or have adjustments in the house for disabled persons. Please contact us for information about the adjustments present to see if they match your needs. You can book this preference on request subject to availability.

Surroundings

Gruissan is a charming seaside resort in the Cathar region, preserving its typical Mediterranean atmosphere with vibrant colors. The old fishing village, dating back to Roman times, was built in a circular shape around a small medieval castle. The modern-day Gruissan boasts a beautiful marina, pristine white sandy beaches, and offers a wide variety of cultural and sports activities. There is a lively market on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday evenings. In the surrounding forests and nature reserves, you can enjoy hiking and cycling. The vast pine forests are filled with rich flora and fauna. The long sandy beaches, with their soft white sand, invite you to relax under the sun, build sandcastles, and swim in the sea. The vineyards of the Massif de la Clape are also a must-visit, offering a chance to sample a variety of local wines in one of the many wine cellars. Activities such as horseback riding, windsurfing, sailing, fishing, discos, cinemas, an amusement park, castles, and festivals provide everything needed for a perfect holiday and all that the Languedoc has to offer!

Leisure and entertainment at the resort include all water sports at the Pôle Nautique des Chalets or at Mateille, cinemas, discos, a ranch for horseback riding, numerous bike trails (including guided tours with a BE-certified instructor), and hiking in the Massif de la Clape. There is also the Aqualudique Park and Balneo area, with special rates for our guests.

Please note that at all of our destinations, swimming pools will not be heated due to increased energy costs.

Minors are only permitted when accompanied by their legal representative.

The names of all participants in the stay must be provided in advance (guests may be refused entry if the names do not match the booking). A deposit in cash or via a pre-authorized credit card in the name of the main booker is required upon arrival. Bookings must be made by adults only; minors unaccompanied by their parents are not allowed. Renter's liability insurance may be requested at check-in. Bookings for more than two rentals traveling together require prior approval. Check-ins are only allowed during reception hours.
