Cleaning & Linen Charges:

- Each Porto Letizia property tariff is inclusive of gas, electricity, water & air-conditioning (A/C only available in the Palazzo Apartment and only in July and August), however tea towels & beach towels are not supplied.
- Linen/towels are €12 per person.
- Tourist tax: € 2,00 per person per night
- The cleaning, linen and extra charges are added to the total when you make the booking.

Additional Extras

- On arrival you can hire a baby-cot, buggy, a highchair and an extra bed, internet for a fee. Pets are allowed and cost an additional €50. All these charges are not dependent on the length of your stay and are a one off payment, they are not included in the above mentioned rental prices.
- You will be asked to leave a €200 deposit at the reception to cover accidental damages. If you accept the damage waiver at the time of booking you will not be asked for this deposit.
- Internet is freely available, but only in the common area.
