The property is situated in a quiet residential area of the village of Tremezzo, just a 10 minute walk from the shores of Lake Como. Local markets are held almost daily in the towns along the lake, and the nearest grocery store is a 12-minute walk away. Milan Linate International Airport is a 1 hour 25 minute drive from the apartment and Milan Malpensa Airport is 1 hour 20 minutes away.

Interior

Set over 2 floors and surrounded by an attractive private garden, this villa comfortably sleeps 8.

The spacious, airy living room has several French doors leading directly into the garden and overlooking the lake. It has polished wooden floors and elegant sofas. In one corner of the living area there is a work station with a wooden desk and a further set of French doors leading out to a shaded garden to the rear. There is a sofa bed that converts into a comfortable sleeping area in a nook tucked away in the far corner of the living room.

Off the main living area is a large open plan kitchen. There is a dining table for casual meals and modern fitted units, as well as two further glass doors leading to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and coffee maker.
