This tiled living space features two stylish armchairs, a contemporary and comfortable sofa, a coffee table, and a flat-screen satellite TV.

The bright and modern dining area adjoins a newly fitted kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a gas oven and hob, a sink, and a dishwasher. Additionally, the villa includes a second kitchen located in a self-contained studio apartment, also fully equipped for self-catering stays.

The villa provides flexible sleeping arrangements, making it perfect for families and groups. It features a spacious master double bedroom with direct garden access, a twin bedroom with two single beds, a double bedroom, and a separate studio suite. The studio includes a double bed, a private kitchen, and a sunny terrace with lake views, ideal for couples.

Three modern bathrooms are conveniently located throughout the villa. The ground floor includes a bathroom with a bathtub, while the first floor offers two additional shower rooms. Each bathroom is equipped with high-quality fixtures and fittings. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer are also provided for guests’ convenience.

There can be found a barbecue and a well-maintained, child-friendly lawn with a gentle slope and steps lead to a fantastic shared outdoor swimming pool equipped with sun loungers. The pool is shared with just one other apartment, ensuring a peaceful and exclusive atmosphere.
