- A payment terminal is available at reception, and credit cards are accepted. Please note that €100, €200, and €500 notes are not accepted in the park.
- Please always include your reservation number in any correspondence.
- The security deposit must be paid upon arrival via direct debit only.
- Bed linen for the child's bed is not provided. We kindly ask you to bring your own.
- Renting bed linen is mandatory, and the bed-making service is included.
- For stays longer than one week, a waste disposal fee of €3 per additional week (or part thereof) must be paid on-site.
- We are not responsible for lost belongings, property damage, or personal injuries during your stay in the park.
