This residence is in a quiet, but central, part of Livigno. It is close to ski shuttle buses, allowing easy access to the mountains, skiing and hiking routes throughout the year. There are several rental services for mountain bikes, so guests can get out onto the panoramic biking routes around the town. Linate airport, Milan is a 3 hour and 30-minute drive whilst, Malpensa airport, Milan is a 3 hour and 43 minute drive from the apartment.

Interior

The open-plan living/dining area features carpeted floors and wood-panelled walls, with direct access to a private balcony where guests can relax and enjoy the view. The sitting area includes a sleek sofa, flat-screen TV, and a dining table for six. The separate kitchenette is fully equipped with a cooker hob, kettle, fridge/freezer, and coffee machine.

The cozy wooden bedroom offers a bunk bed, an armchair, and ample cupboard space. Additionally, the living room sofa converts into a double bed for extra sleeping space. The bathroom is elegantly tiled and features a full bath with a showerhead, basin, bidet, and WC.

There are numerous bars, restaurants, and cafés nearby, and several supermarkets within a 5-minute walk for self-catering. For a more local experience, Alpe Livigno is just a 4-minute drive away.

Livigno offers year-round activities, with two excellent parks: the Mottolino Snowpark, a snowboarders' haven (3-minute drive), and the Carosello 3000 park (6-minute drive). Both parks provide a range of activities in winter and summer, including children's events, night skiing, heli-skiing, and paragliding.

During the summer, Livigno is well-known for its hiking trails, mountain biking routes, and scenic landscapes, such as the Cascata della Val Nera waterfalls and mountain lakes. The region boasts two national parks, Monte Motto and Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, as well as Larix Park, an adventure park in the woods. Guests can rent mountain bikes to explore the panoramic trails around town.
