The apartment is in the village of Jonvenceaux, just 3km from the resort of Sauze d’Oulx which is a popular holiday destination at any time of year.

This charming apartment is on the ground floor of a pretty village house in the centre of Jovenceaux. The apartment sleeps 4 people and throughout the year it makes an idyllic refuge, yet it is close to all the amenities of the village. In the winter months, guests can ski directly in and out of the house and enjoy the majestic slopes around Sauze d’Oulx.

The living area décor is simple yet very stylish. With wooden floors, a comfortable sofa and armchair, a flat-screen TV and a painted alpine-style blanket chest. There are two glass doors leading out onto the small balcony that looks over the shared garden. The dining table is next to the open-plan kitchen. This is equipped with a cooker hob, oven and fridge/freezer.

Outside there is a sweet private garden, with wooden sun loungers and a dining table for meals during the summer months.

In the winter months, visitors can enjoy multiple skiing and snowboarding options as the resort is part of the famous “Milky Way” network of slopes. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the chair lift, which links up with the extensive network. In the summer, there are numerous hiking trails through the alpine meadows and mountains.

There are many good restaurants and bars in the area, which will suit all tastes and budgets. For self-catering, Sauze d’Oulx has a supermarket and other smaller shops selling local delicacies.
