The open-plan living area also leads to a family friendly kitchen diner furnished with a large dining area ideal for sitting up to 6 and serving as the perfect place for enjoying dinners prepared and cooked from the fully equipped kitchen provided.

Sleeping arrangements
Upstairs the sleeping quarters are spacious and versatile, with two large bedrooms each enjoying high vaulted beam ceilings for a romantic Ski chalet charm and ambience. The master comprises a double bed and the second features a private balcony with two twin single beds which can be joined to form a double if required.

Bathrooms
The Ski chalet apartment also comprises two modern fitted bathrooms, with the principal family one fitted with a bath tub and overhead shower cable and the second featuring a power shower.

A compulsory Service Charge is applied to all reservations made for our self-catering accommodations in Livigno. The charge includes final cleaning, bed linen & towels for all guests, heating, electricity & water together with the Privilege Card, which is also included. During the winter period, the property will only be available to book from Saturday to Saturday. The Privilege Card offers great deals & early booking opportunities like discounts for ski-passes (no queuing), ski schools & equipment rentals (free delivery to your apartment). It also offers guaranteed discounts at selected restaurants & shops, plus The Wellness Center and other activities.
