Welcome to this wonderful villa with a private pool located very close to Font de Sa Cala, where 4 guests will find their second home.
In the fantastic exteriors of the property, ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate, you will find a large terrace where there is a private salt swimming pool, with dimensions of 7 x 3.5 m and a constant depth of 1.5 m, which will undoubtedly be perfect to cool off on the hottest days. All around there are sun loungers to relax on while sunbathing, a barbecue, several terraces, and a furnished porch where you are sure to enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. Please note that, due to the location of the accommodation, there are neighbors nearby.

Interior

The interior of the two-storey house, tastefully decorated and designed to offer you the rest you deserve, offers spacious and bright rooms. On the main floor, there is a living-dining room, equipped with a TV with satellite channels and a kitchen with an induction hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house, there is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. On the same floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower. When it is time to rest, there are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and has a sofa bed and fan. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find 3 more bedrooms, all of them with double beds, fans, and en-suite bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the rest with a shower. In addition, one of them also has access to a fantastic terrace from where you can contemplate the views of the nearby mountains. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

This accommodation is located in a very quiet and residential neighborhood surrounded by green areas and open spaces. It is also very close to Font de Sa Cala, a town very close to white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters such as Cala Provençal or Caló de n'Aladern.
