Interior

The property consists of three buildings: a main house on the ground floor, and two apartments. One apartment is on the first floor, accessible via stairs near the pool, and the other is in a separate annex.

The main house features a rustic living-dining room with a TV, DVD player, CD player, air conditioning, and a wood stove. There's an additional room with two sofas. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is in a glazed area with a barbecue. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (bathtub and shower), and another with bunk beds. Both rooms have ceiling fans and electric wall radiators for heating.

The first apartment has a living room with TV and air conditioning, a kitchen-dining area with a ceramic hob, a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower. There are also two sofa beds in the living room.

In the annex, there's a spacious living-dining room with air conditioning and a Smart TV, a kitchen with a ceramic hob, a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, and a fan. There's an additional bed in the loft above the living room. The annex also has a bathroom with a shower.

Each building has laundry facilities with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
