Pure modernity and comfort, indoors there is a beautiful living-kitchen-dining room, where you can cook your best recipes on the island with ceramic hob, taste them on such a comfortable round dining table and, then, watch satellite TV or read a book in the armchairs. The laundry area has a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, and an ironing board. There is also a bathroom with a shower and one double-bed dormitory. In case you are two more people, then we can prepare the sofabed in the living room and a cot as well as a highchair for a baby. Likewise, there is ducted air-conditioning all over the house.

Búger, at 1.6 km from the property, is a village that features authentic Mallorcan costums and character, ideal for discovering the essence of the island. In the center, you will find the grocery store and some bars as well as restaurants. For any other services, you can go to Sa Pobla.
