This fantastic villa, accommodating up to 6 people, features a private pool and is situated on the outskirts of S'Alqueria Blanca, Santanyí. The villa is conveniently located just 1.8 km from the beach, but guests may find it hard to leave the premises! You can enjoy swimming in the private 8 x 4 m chlorine pool, which has a depth ranging from 0.9 to 2 m, sunbathing on one of the 7 loungers, or preparing delicious barbecues under the porch. The plot is fenced, and there are neighboring properties. Additionally, there is an outdoor bathroom with a shower next to the pool.

Interior

Upon entering the house, you'll be greeted by a wonderful, traditional open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. The induction kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. This open space is ideal for dining together, watching satellite TV, or chatting with your companions. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board available.

For sleeping arrangements, the house offers three bedrooms: two with two single beds each, and one with a double bed. The interior is completed by two bathrooms with bathtubs. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.
