This single-story stone villa blends rustic charm with modern design, powered by solar energy. Upon entering, you are welcomed into a spacious living-dining area, perfect for family gatherings or time spent with friends. The comfortable sofas and armchairs invite you to relax, whether you’re watching satellite TV, reading a book, or listening to music. A cozy fireplace adds warmth on cooler days. The sleek, contemporary kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, including a central island with stools, stainless steel appliances, and a gas stovetop. The laundry area, with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, is also located here. The villa offers four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds, each featuring a closet and fan. If you are traveling with children, up to two cots and high chairs can be provided. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower and the other featuring a jetted bathtub and a separate shower.
