It has a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with three beds and a bathroom. It also has a small terrace with a table and chairs and a private parking space, which is very valuable due to the limited parking possibilities in the area, especially considering its proximity to the beach.
