This semi-detached house with a terrace is located just a 5-minute walk from the beach in Can Picafort, making it an ideal second home for up to 6 guests. This cozy and modern accommodation allows you to enjoy a relaxing vacation by the sea in northern Mallorca.

The charming front porch features two garden chairs, perfect for romantic conversations over a glass of wine. At the back, a terrace with a large parasol provides a great spot for outdoor barbecues. The property is fenced, ensuring privacy while still being close to neighbors.


Interior

The interiors boast a fresh design with soft-colored furniture and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The living-dining room is a welcoming area for spending quality time with loved ones, whether watching satellite TV or enjoying meals together.

The open kitchen is well-equipped for preparing simple meals and includes a ceramic hob, microwave, and oven, among other essentials. You can whip up a delightful breakfast using the coffee maker, toaster, and juicer. The ground floor also features a bathroom with a bathtub.

The house comprises three comfortable bedrooms, all situated on the first floor and equipped with closets. You can choose from two bedrooms, each with two twin beds, and one bedroom with a double bed. One of the twin bedrooms includes an en-suite shower bathroom, while there is an additional shower bathroom upstairs. For families, we can provide 2 cots and 2 high chairs upon request. The property is equipped with ducted air-conditioning (cool air only).

Can Picafort offers beautiful beaches and a vibrant atmosphere for guests. The fine sandy beach stretches for several kilometers, and in the Capellans area, you can savor paella at beach bars while enjoying live music, or simply relax on the sand.

If you enjoy walking, you can take a scenic stroll along the shoreline all the way to Puerto de Alcudia, though it is a lengthy trek. In Can Picafort, you’ll find a diverse array of restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarkets, providing everything you need for a self-sufficient stay.

Every Friday, the local street market offers fresh local produce, fashion, and accessories, among many other items.
