We welcome you to this beautiful apartment for 5 people, located in an impressive complex with outdoor community pool, heated pool, and just a few steps away from the beach of Gandia.For those who love warm weather, the sea and continuous entertainment, this excellent residential will become a dream place to enjoy your vacation, as it is only 600 m from the beach and has several saltwater pools, tennis court, paddle tennis court, gym, sauna and even an area to prepare barbecues! One of the pools is outdoor, measures 24 m in diameter, goes from 0.90 m to 2 m deep, and communicates with a children's pool of 14 m in diameter and 0.35 m to 0.90 m deep. There is also a heated pool of 8 m x 5 m and 1.50 m deep. In the garden, surrounded by lawn, you can lie in the sun or play with the children.

Important information
-We cannot accept guests under 28 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

-Pets are welcome.
-The holding of events is forbidden.
-The outdoor pool opens from June 1 to September 30.
-The heated pool opens from October 1 to May 31.
-The tennis, paddle tennis, gym and barbecue facilities are free. The sauna is paid and works with coins. Facilities hours are from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
-Free WiFi at the shared pool area.
-Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.

Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
