The village located in Baia Domizia consists of 180 apartments well equipped, for 2 to 5 or more persons. The village is discreetly set in 18 acres of a natural pine wood forest.
With a supermarket and shopping center just outside the village gates, the accommodations offer the self-catering option of dining on their own private patio. Alternatively, why not experience the restaurant inside the village with tastes of southern Italian cuisine. Enjoy the poolside bar for breakfast with freshly baked croissants and aromatic coffee.
Free Wi-Fi and Internet Point at Reception desk, an on-site laundry and an infirmary. Ideal for a family holiday, with an expert animation team to entertain your children, or a relaxing ‘own time’ holiday, there’s plenty to do. 350 meters long private beach, 2 swimming pools, an Olympic swimming pool, the other for the exclusive use of children. A tennis court, basket, football, miniature golf, table tennis, or bowls are at guests disposal. 18 acres wooded paths for jogging. Bike rental.

Mandatory Services:
-Club Card: Required from 01/06 to 13/09, priced at €70.00/week for type A, €150.00/week for type B, and €180.00/week for type D.
-Final Cleaning: €  60.00 for Type A, €70.00 for Type B - D.
-Internal parking: €70.00 per week (one vehicle allowed); €100.00 for vans.
-Sky Tv: € 10 Eur/week
-Beach services (sun umbrella +2 sunbeds) between 01.06 -13.09: €80.00 in Period A, €120.00 in Period B-C (Front row supplement €50.00 per week; extra sunbed on request, subject to availability, €5.00 per day).
-Tourist tax: Mandatory municipal tax of €1.00 per day per person aged 16 and over.
-Children up to two years are free; cot rental is €35.00 per week.

On-request services:
-Full Board Supplement: €45.00 per person per day.
-Half Board Supplement: €35.00 per person per day.
-Breakfast Supplement: €10.00 per person per day.
-Reductions for children: 0-2 years (free), 3-7.99 years (50%), 8-11.99 years (30%), 12–14.99 years (10%).

The Club card includes:
-Entertainment team from 01/06 to 13/09 with daytime and evening activities.
-Use of tennis, volleyball, and five-a-side football pitches.
-Access to the playground.
-Swimming pool usage at specified times (refer to regulations).
-Linen provided for bathroom, bedroom, toilet, and kitchen with weekly change; additional changes at €15 for a single change and € 20 for a double change (per person).

Village Facilities:
-Pets (small size) are allowed at 100 Eur/pet/week + 100 Eur deposit.
-Paid medical service.
-Free WI-fi in common areas.
-Coin-operated laundry service.
