Interior

This spacious 220m², two-story house features 4 bedrooms: 1 on the ground floor with a double bed, and 3 on the first floor (two with double beds, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and 1 with two single beds). All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is an option for 1 extra guest to sleep on a sofa bed. Upon request, two baby cots and a highchair are available. The house has 2 bathrooms with bathtubs, one on each floor, for general use.

The cozy living and dining area is furnished with 2 sofas, satellite TV, a dining table, a fireplace, and air conditioning. The separate kitchen, equipped with a hob, has all the necessary utensils to prepare a delicious family meal. Additional amenities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board. The entire house is fitted with central heating for year-round comfort.

There are also many interesting sites nearby, such as the Albufera wetlands, the charming town square in Pollença with its famous Calvari steps, and peaceful seaside villages like Colònia de Sant Pere.
