Interior

This 323m², three-story house features 3 bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double bed, and two on the first floor (one with a double bed and air conditioning, and the other with a single bed). A baby crib and high chair are available upon request. There is one bathroom with a bathtub on the first floor for general use and another bathroom with a hydro-massage shower on the ground floor.

The cozy living and dining area with a kitchenette is equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The kitchenette features an induction hob, a dining table, and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Additionally, you will find a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Portocristo is home to numerous small beaches and coves, along with a wide range of restaurants, bars, and shops. The area also offers a safari and several playgrounds for children. Just a short distance away, you’ll find the famous Cuevas del Drach (Dragon Caves) in Porto Cristo, one of the island’s top tourist attractions. These caves stretch for nearly 1,200 meters, with ceilings reaching up to 25 meters above the cave floor. Inside, you’ll discover Lake Martel, one of the largest subterranean lakes in the world. The 1.2km tour takes about an hour and includes a classical music concert and a boat ride on the lake.

Nearby, you can visit the charming villages of Son Servera and Capdepera, the latter known for its medieval castle. The area is perfect for sports enthusiasts, offering plenty of opportunities for golf, tennis, and paddle. Golf courses such as Son Servera, Pula, Canyamel, Capdepera, and Rotana are all within 20 km, while various tennis and paddle clubs can also be found. Cyclists and hikers will enjoy exploring beautiful routes, including the Hermitage of Artà and the Cala Rajada Lighthouse.
