Access to the pool requires climbing 3 steps and opening a small gate, making it less accessible for young children. Around the pool, you’ll find an outdoor shower, 7 sunbeds, and 2 umbrellas, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Please note, the street where the villa is located does have 2 electricity towers, though they produce no noticeable noise.
The property includes a spacious paved area, covering 380m², which includes parking space for up to 5 vehicles—4 outdoors and 1 in the garage. The villa also boasts two porches: a 15m² one at the entrance, and a larger 30m² furnished porch, complete with a fixed barbecue and sink. This area is ideal for enjoying meals and making unforgettable memories with your loved ones. While the villa offers partial privacy, it provides ample space to relax and unwind.
Interior
Upon entering the house, you’ll find the open-plan space where the air-conditioned living room, dining area, and kitchen are situated. The living room is the perfect spot to unwind after a long day, whether you prefer watching satellite TV, enjoying a DVD, or getting lost in a good book. The dining area is ideal for sharing delightful post-meal conversations with family and friends. The kitchen, partially separated from the living room by a bar, is fully equipped to help you prepare delicious meals, including a gas stove. The laundry area, located separately, is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.
The house features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: two with two single beds each and one with a double bed. The double bedroom has the added convenience of an en-suite shower bathroom. Additionally, there is a separate bathroom with a bathtub. Upon request, we can provide two cots and two high chairs for young children.

This mountain also offers stunning panoramic views of the entire island.

Just a 25-minute drive away, you can visit the Bay of Alcudia, featuring over 30 kilometers of coastline with peaceful sandy beaches, as well as more lively areas such as the Port of Alcudia.
