Pornichet, seaside resort, ideally located on the Bay of La Baule, with a coastline of more than 7 km, offers three sandy beaches for families as well as for fishermen: Libraires beach, Sainte Marguerite beach, Bonne Source beach. The two ports of Pornichet allow access to more than 1500 boats.
Among the recreational activities that the place and its surroundings offer, we can mention windsurfing, sea kayaking, fishing, walking or cycling, golf and horseback riding.
The residence is very close to the city center, the Libraires beach, a spa center and a miniature golf course.

At your disposal you will find a reception, a laundry, an underground parking garage and a bicycle shed. Bed linen, TV and WiFi access are included in the rent.
Towels, a baby kit or end-of-stay cleaning can be rented at a surcharge. The payment for additional services on site. Pets are allowed for an additional fee if they are listed at the time of booking and if they have a valid vaccination certificate. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the home.
Upon arrival a deposit of € 500 (deposit and cleaning deposit) must be paid and a city tax must be paid. The deposit will be refunded after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
In July and August a children's club (for children aged 4 to 11) is free of charge for 5 half days per week.
