Interior
The interior is functionally furnished, and the inventory includes household goods suitable for six people. The kitchen, dining furniture, sofa, and bedroom furnishings have been recently updated. The living area features a kitchenette and dining space, along with a sofa bed that converts into a full-size bed for two. There is a color TV with cable channels, a decoder, a DVD player, and a full stereo system. A child’s bed can be added at no extra cost.
The kitchenette is well-equipped with a toaster, mini grill, microwave with adapted cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle, and electric juicer. Additional conveniences include an ironing board and iron.
The separate bedroom contains a double bed, with the option to add a cot free of charge. All sleeping arrangements come with duvets. The compact bathroom is equipped with a sink and a shower.
A private terrace, bordered by a low hedge, leads to a green space that can be used as a playground. From the living room of some accommodations, there is a view of a designated play area for toddlers.
For larger groups, there is the option to book a more spacious accommodation for eight people or reserve two adjacent apartments of this type.

The town center of De Haan is less than 2 km from the park and holds a special place in the hearts of many vacationers. Here, you can experience the true essence of a holiday atmosphere, with its charming villa neighborhoods in the renowned Belle Époque style, a pleasant promenade, and expansive green spaces. Unlike other places, De Haan lacks high-rise buildings, giving it a unique and distinctive character.
If you enjoy stepping back in time, a stroll through the "Concession" area in De Haan’s center is a must. Most of the buildings there date from the Belle Époque period.

- There is no on-site reception. Upon arrival, the tenant can request a digital access code by phone and proceed directly to their apartment.
- A multilingual telephone helpline is available for assistance.
- A handyman service is offered for maintenance issues.
- For safety reasons, playing football in the courtyard of Dahlia is not allowed to prevent damage to windows.
- Pets are permitted in certain apartments upon prior arrangement. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while outdoors and may never be left unattended in the apartment. Tenants are required to bring their dog bed and supplies.
- If you opt for the 'basic' final cleaning fee of €30, you are responsible for certain tasks such as disposing of trash, vacuuming the floors, etc. Detailed instructions will be provided.
- Sleeping without sheets (not provided) or mattress protectors (available) is not permitted, as it will result in unnecessary washing charges.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. The smoke detector must remain intact. If smoking causes damage or the detector is tampered with, a minimum fine of €500 will apply. Smoking is only allowed on the terraces.
- Appliances should not be moved to other apartments.
- A folder containing the apartment manual, waste sorting guidelines, cleaning instructions, etc., is available in the apartment.
