The living area features a kitchenette and dining space, along with a sofa bed that converts into a full-size bed for two. There is a color TV with cable channels, a decoder, a DVD player, and a full stereo system. A child’s bed can be added at no extra cost.

The kitchenette is well-equipped with a toaster, mini grill, microwave with adapted cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle, and electric juicer. Additional conveniences include an ironing board and iron.

The separate bedroom contains a double bed, with the option to add a cot free of charge. All sleeping arrangements come with duvets. The compact bathroom is equipped with a sink and a shower.

A private terrace, bordered by a low hedge, leads to a green space that can be used as a playground. From the living room of some accommodations, there is a view of a designated play area for toddlers.

For larger groups, there is the option to book a more spacious accommodation for eight people or reserve two adjacent apartments of this type.

  • For safety reasons, playing football in the courtyard of Dahlia is not allowed to prevent damage to windows.
  • Pets are permitted in certain apartments upon prior arrangement. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while outdoors and may never be left unattended in the apartment. Tenants are required to bring their dog bed and supplies.
  • If you opt for the 'basic' final cleaning fee of €30, you are responsible for certain tasks such as disposing of trash, vacuuming the floors, etc. Detailed instructions will be provided.
  • Sleeping without sheets (not provided) or mattress protectors (available) is not permitted, as it will result in unnecessary washing charges.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. The smoke detector must remain intact. If smoking causes damage or the detector is tampered with, a minimum fine of €500 will apply. Smoking is only allowed on the terraces.
  • Appliances should not be moved to other apartments.
  • A folder containing the apartment manual, waste sorting guidelines, cleaning instructions, etc., is available in the apartment.
