The ground-floor master suite (two single beds) has an en-suite bathroom, also accessible from the hall. Two additional bedrooms are located on this floor: one with a double or two single beds, and the other with bunk beds. A spiral staircase leads to the penthouse level, where a spacious living room with sliding doors opens to a balcony. This living area also includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a kitchen island, plus a sofa bed for two. A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, complete with a Turkish bath, completes this level. A large sun terrace adjoins the sunroom, while a loggia is accessible from the terrace. The villa offers modern amenities, including fully equipped kitchens on both levels, double glazing, underfloor heating, laundry facilities, and cable connection. Guests also enjoy a reserved boat mooring at no extra cost. Professionally maintained gardens surround the property, and the villa offers private parking.
